ABOUT US
At the Helena Volunteer Fire Department, we are committed not only to fighting fires and responding to medical emergencies but also to collaborating with local departments to enhance community events. Our dedicated team of volunteers stands ready to protect our community with courage, camaraderie, and a touch of humor. We believe that a strong partnership between our fire department and the local community is essential for ensuring everyone's safety.
Founded in the heart of Helena, our department has a proud history of bravery and service. From extinguishing fires to clearing roads after storms, we have consistently answered the call of duty. Our mission is clear: to serve and protect our community and be there when you need us most. We are more than just firefighters; we are your neighbors, friends, and family.
Our core values—teamwork, integrity, and a commitment to excellence—guide our efforts as we strive to create a safe environment for everyone while fostering a sense of belonging. Whether you are interested in joining our ranks or simply wish to support us from the sidelines, you are always welcome in our fire department family.
